Is your online payment system secure?
We use a secure server to take your payment details. It needs three passwords to access your data and nobody but us knows the passwords. We treat your information with the utmost care and we do not pass it on to anybody else.
Your credit card details CAN NOT appear in any email message. They remain on the secure server until we process your order. An email copy of your order and name and address (and delivery address) will be returned to you WITHOUT credit card details. Please check the details and TELL US immediately if you have made a mistake.

How can I pay?
We accept most major Credit Cards including VISA, Master Card, Switch. We also accept UK stirling cheques drawn on a UK bank, UK sterling Postal Orders and UK sterling cash. If you choose to send cash, please use Special Delivery. However we do not recommend you send cash.
Place your order using the web site order form and specify your method of payment (if not credit card). Remember, you can still change your mind at the check out as to whether you wish to continue with the purchase.
When you receive our confirmation by email, write our Order Number on the back of your cheque and post it to us with your full name/address and order number. Make cheques payable to morikenzie furniture maker & designer please. We are afraid to say that NO foreign cheques (that includes no USA checks) accepted.

When will I be charged?
You place the order for your Products on the Website by clicking the place order button during the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website. A 25% deposit becomes due at the time of ordering. Deposit Payment will be taken immediately, once your card details are authorised. When your good is ready to despatch, you will be asked remaining balance of your order.
