Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You have the right to cancel your order at any time before you receive the furniture you ordered.
If the order is cancelled before it has been packed then there will be no charge. If the order has already been packed and assigned when you contact us, you will be charged handling fee.
It is impossible for us to stop an order from being dispatched, as we endeavour to process orders immediately. If your order has already been dispatched please return the order following the Returns Policy instructions. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products. Further details are set out in our Returns Policy.
As Commission Work, may be cancelled at any time before the materials are selected and prepared. Once commission work has begun, you must pay for work.
