How can I pay?

We accept UK stirling cheques drawn on a UK bank, UK sterling Postal Orders and UK sterling cash. If you choose to send cash, please use Special Delivery. However we do not recommend you send cash.

When you receive our confirmation by email, write our Order Number on the back of your cheque and post it to us with your full name/address and order number. Make cheques payable to Taeko Mackenzie. We are afraid to say that NO foreign cheques (that includes no USA checks) accepted.

When will I be charged?

Within UK

Commissioning Furniture Orders:
A non refundable deposit will be payable on all commission work before it commences. By pre-ordering such furniture you agree to this condition. Once the client decides to proceed, a deposit of 50% is applied. The remaining balance to be paid in full before despatch.

Furniture Orders:
We will charge a deposit of 50% of the value on acceptance of your order. Once your furniture is available for dispatch, we will contact you to notify that the balance of the value will be charged before despatch.

Outside of UK
